why is it that when you fail, we’re the casualties? why isn’t your paycheck taken away? how do I get that kinda gig? oh I don’t have the right stuff, you say? that’s not it. I don’t know the right people. I don’t have a profesh posse to take me along to the next thing. the buddy system, cronyism, pro-sugar-daddies.
am I disappointed, angry, dismayed and all sorts of other dis’s? yep. and you still don’t get it. all you hadda do was think just a little. have just a teeny bit of empathy. how much better can you eat? why would you want people to starve? it makes no sense. it is possible to build good organizations and make profits that keep you and your future generations super comfy. it’s not a zero sum game.
profit sharing. employee ownership. those things don’t kill anything. they may keep one from having a billion but is it really that bad to only have tens or hundreds of millions? how much is enough?
